Brian Tilker, recognized by Best Lawyers, focuses his practice on complex commercial and business disputes, including employment disputes. Mr. Tilker represents individuals, businesses, and associations in mediations, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and civil actions involving a wide-range of issues across a variety of sectors. During his eleven years practicing in Hawaii, Mr. Tilker has dedicated a substantial portion of his practice to representing Hawai‘i condominium associations and Hawai‘i health care providers.
Mr. Tilker moved to Hawai‘i in 2011, after practicing in New York for approximately seven years. Mr. Tilker previously served as a Lecturer of Law for the William S. Richardson School of Law, and currently serves on the boards of both the Litigation Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association and Guide Dogs of Hawaii, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting the visually impaired.
